FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BEFORE REGISTRATION:

For the largest 3-day Christmas market in the Baltics, we have specially developed a reservation system where each participant can easily familiarize themselves with the layout of Hall 2 at the International Exhibition Centre Ķīpsala and visually select the most suitable trading place for themselves and their business: book.balticexpo.lv
Once trading places are chosen and company information is entered, you will receive registration confirmation and an invoice in your email within a few seconds, which must be paid within 2 working days.
If the selected places are no longer required, please inform us by writing to our email info@balticexpo.lv, thus giving other traders the opportunity to choose this location. For the convenience of traders and visitors, the number of participants has been reduced this year - only 400 trading spaces are available.
If the invoice is not paid within 2 working days, the registration will be canceled and the selected places will become available for everyone.
-
Each reservation rectangle is 3x2 square meters. If more space is needed for trading, it is possible to mark and select multiple trading areas - either adjacent, side by side, or in different parts of the hall.
Participants are responsible for the necessary inventory and set-up of their trading space.
For the convenience of participants, within certain large trading blocks during the event, a shared standard electrical connection will be available for charging mobile phones, portable POS terminals, etc.
If a participant requires a separate, more powerful, and continuous connection (24h; for example, for a display case), information on applying for this service will be provided one month before the event.
FOR FOOD VENDORS/COOKERS - if food preparation is being carried out (including making coffee or the food product being sold has a strong smell), a mandatory condition is to use a tent.Details on additional equipment and electrical connection options can be found in the rental catalog: www.bt1.lv/adeq/catalogue.php?id=1
Additional equipment and/or individual electrical connections will be available to order one month before the event.
-
Registration in this area is done by traders and companies whose products include food or on-site food preparation (without open flames or smoke). For example, game, smoked or dried meat or fish, and/or other food items with strong aromas that are not packaged or are available for tasting; waffles, potatoes, bubble waffles, coffee, and other food preparation.
The food zone includes traders and companies whose primary trade goods/services are related to food and/or its preparation. If food is being prepared - the use of a tent is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.
Adjacent to this zone, as usual, there will be tables and an eating area where visitors can leisurely enjoy purchased goods and treats on-site.
The FOOD SELLERS zone is specifically designed to provide visitors with easy access to food and drinks in one place, thereby promoting comprehensive flow.
In case of any uncertainties about choosing a location for your business, we encourage you to contact us before making a reservation.
-
The reservation page will display the respective area price for all 3 days when selecting your preferred location. It is not possible to reserve trading places for individual days (1 or 2).
Depending on the location in the hall, there are 5 price levels available.
In case of plan changes or non-arrival, the reservation fee is non-refundable; however, it is possible to transfer the reserved space to another trader or company once (for the specific location) by informing and coordinating with the event organizer.
